  • Create and distribute weekly Banquet Event Orders
  • Create and distribute weekly group resume
  • Qualify incoming leads
  • Finalize group or event final folio including reconciliation of balance due upon completion of events and group check out
  • Manage and distribute incoming calls
  • Enter group rooming lists
  • Manage city wide rooming lists

DELPHI knowledge is a plus. Hotel Via utilizes SalesForce platform for DELPHI
