View’s Marketing Department is looking for a smart, high-energy, event marketing professional to support our team’s events, including conferences, client events, executive dinners, thought leadership events and experiential marketing. The ideal candidate has experience working on a variety of marketing events. Organizational skills and strong communication capabilities are a must.  Candidate should thrive under pressure, be a team player, have a sense of humor, possess a refined design aesthetic, love to travel and have a passion for event strategy, logistics and tactics professional.

You will drive View’s marketing events, including maintaining the event calendar, marketing lists, managing event partners and vendor relations, staffing, attending and managing events on-site, follow-up on leads and process.


Take full ownership of the events program end to end, including overall project management and execution, goal setting, identifying partners/vendors, communications, analysis and reporting. Plan and manage a team of contractors, and 3rd party vendors to assist with execution. Track, analyze and optimize the program, tactics and vendors to achieve the best ROI.


o   Proven track record of success in targeting and engaging executive decision makers and roles at start-ups or other companies experiencing rapid growth.

o   Experience successfully running thought leadership event campaigns yielding measurable positive results.

o   Design and execute roundtables including participant and speaker selection, topic identification, execution model and communication and reporting strategy.

o   Strong project management skills, with a proven ability to multi-task and manage projects of varying complexities.

o   Excellent verbal and written communications and persuasive skills; proven ability to manage and communicate effectively across teams.

o   Excellent budgeting skills, with strong attention to detail and focus on results.

o   Must be flexible, outgoing, organized, detail-oriented, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and be a quick learner

o   High level of energy, drive, enthusiasm and commitment.

o   7+ years’ experience in a similar role

o   Self-motivated, articulate and excellent verbal/written communication skills

o   Top-level attention to detail, proactive approach to problem-solving

o   Sense of humor, flexibility and ability to adapt to changing circumstances with poise

o   Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills – ability to operate across teams

o   Exceptional budget management, negotiation and organizational skills

o   Ability to think, plan and execute resourcefully

o   Ability to work smart in a fast-paced, high-growth environment

o   Must be willing to travel and work flexible hours

o   Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
